Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, and you will receive tracking number once your order has shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We are pleased to offer domestic shipping within the United States using USPS and UPS. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that with the increase in delays and lost packages with USPS we can no longer refund or replace lost items shipped with that selection. For your convenience, and peace of mind, we offer comparable service through UPS. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:
The Purple Ravens ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you do not receive this email please check your spam folder or contact us. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:
The Purple Ravens is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
The Purple Ravens is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping Policy: We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
